BrewLeague — Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to the BrewLeague mobile application (package com.mariopajares.brewleague), developed and published by Mario Pajares on Google Play.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

BrewLeague has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, storage, distribution, promotion, or solicitation of any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, whether real or fictional, on or through BrewLeague.

Prohibited Conduct

Within BrewLeague, users may not:

• Upload, share, or request child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexualize, groom, exploit, bully, or endanger minors in any way.
• Use the app to contact, solicit, or coerce a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.
• Use any profile name, image, or content that references or promotes CSAE.

Any account found to violate this policy will be immediately suspended or permanently removed, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

Reporting a Concern

If you become aware of content or behavior within BrewLeague that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our child safety contact below. We investigate every report and take swift action, including account removal and law enforcement referral when warranted.
